This development was set on the North Shore line of the Loch Tay on a steeply sloping site. 

The development consists of 36 No. terraced units of two storey luxury holiday accommodation and utilising timber frame construction with standard strip foundation.

The main challenges on the project related to the civil works with natural stone retaining walls significant earthworks, burn diversion and a private sewerage plant.
