The project comprises of a 2 storey 60No. Bed Care Facility set within a gap site on the outskirts of Edinburgh. 

 

The foundations take the form of reinforced concrete strip foundations.  A reinforced concrete insitu slab forms the ground floor, upon 2No. which storeys of metal frame superstructure are supported.

The project includes various features such a double storey voids, large glazed openings and feature masonry columns remote from building envelope.
