The Project comprised a Hybrid steel and timber frame structure to provide a single storey Medical Centre with integrated Pharmacy.  The facility is heated using a Biomass Boiler located within the main building footprint.

The foundation solution generally comprises traditional strip foundations with a ground bearing concrete floor slab.

The roof is formed from timber trusses in the wings with a steel frame forming the central atrium.  All areas include a feature glazed ‘ridge’ to add natural light to internal areas.

The car parking areas are formed from porous paving with non-porous carriageways.
