Structural design of all precast concrete elements and isolated steelwork within the superstructure

 

This project comprised of the development of this gap site in Bath Street, Glasgow as a new 400 No. Bedroom Hotel.

We were appointed by the pre-cast concrete sub-contractor and were responsible for the superstructure design above transfer slab level.  The design utilised pre-cast concrete crosswall construction with isolated steelwork at roof level.
