DEVELOPMENT

A new build bespoke luxury car showroom and external sales area with workshop offices and standalone car wash.

The site a former petrol station was contaminated and significant drainage issues were present.  The building is designed as braced steel frame with trussed rafter and precast concrete floors. 

​

Due to poor ground conditions, ground consolidation using vibro stone column was carried out allowing standard foundation to be used. 

​

Externally a fully compliant SUDS scheme with below ground attenuation was adopted.
