The Housing Innovation Project was promoted by Kingdom Housing Association to assess the benefits of modern methods of construction versus traditional constructions methodologies and assessed 10 different MMC systems as listed below.

Block 1 - Assist Architects & Powerwall Space Frame Systems - A structural steel  volumetric space frame system, fitted out in the factory to 90% complete.

Block 2 - Campion Homes & Scotframe - Val-U-Therm. A closed panel timber framed system with injected polyurethane insulation to provide a fully filled cavity within the structure.

Block 3 - Stewart Milne Group & Sigma II Build Systems - Sigma  II  System.  A closed panel timber frame utilising  a C-stud system.

Block 4 - Campion Homes & Porotherm - Thin bed clay block construction, single skin, providing  excellent thermal mass properties

Block 5 - Cube Re:Treat - Structural Insulated Panel System (SIPS)

Block 6 - Campion Homes & Scotframe (Scottish Passive House) - A closed panel timber framed system  detailed to achieve Passive House Accreditation and certification

Block 7 - Future Affordable by Springfield Properties PLC - Timber framed K2 wall system minimising cold bridging and utilising e-core service modules

Block 8 - Lomond Homes - Timber Framed breathing wall system

Block 9 - CCG IQ System - IQ System. A closed panel timber framed system including  wall, floor and roof cassette panels.

Block 10 - Bobin Developments - Beco Wallform. An Insulated Concrete formwork forming plain concrete external and party wall structures.
