New Build Early Years Facility for Local Authority including 2No. Distinct Age Group Play Areas and Feature Mezzanine within duo-pitched roof area.

Foundations took the form of vibro improvement columns with reinforced concrete strips on top whilst the superstructure took the form of a timber frame to the single storey element and steel frame with timber infill to the 1.5 storey area. 

As part of the earthworks strategy the design incorporated a tiered play area on a significant slope to provide play areas in line with the Client's brief.
