The project involved the delivery of 24No. Residential apartments set over 2No. Blocks.  Bayne Stevenson Associates provided geo-environmental services covering site investigation works, design of mineral stabilisation scheme and supervising / validating grouting works on site.

The superstructure took the form of timber frame construction with traditional blockwork construction cores and timber roof trusses.   BSA’s structural design scope also included the timber frame design.   Foundations were trenchfill with precast concrete floor slabs.

Civil Engineering design included roads, drainage and SUDS infrastructure associated with the development.
