The development of 67,000ft² of industrial accommodation over three buildings each with their own service yard and car parking facilities.

The buildings take the form of steel portal frame construction  with precast concrete floor slabs providing office accommodation at first floor level. Profiled metal cladding provide elevational treatment to walls and roofs with feature curtain walling at prominent office entrances.

The site which formed part of a larger development was “enabled” by Clyde Gateway and the design of the foundations and roads and drainage took account of site constraints placed on development by the enabling works design.
