The project saw the development of a new build clubhouse and pro-shop at the St Andrew Bay Hotel Complex (now known as Fairmont Hotel).  The design is a two storey structure with a lower storey being basement accommodation providing storage for golf carts, plantroom and changing facilities.

The upper floor houses restaurant and bar, further changing and a pro-shop.  The design utilises steel frame with a mix of masonry timber and glazed cladding.  A feature wraparound balcony to three sides providing external seating.

A particular feature of the design is the significant external earthworks comprising of a new access road and carpark.
