Construction of a new build 70 bed high end care home for Care Concern Group.  The two storey 70 bed structure is constructed from lightweight metal framing with composite reinforced concrete floors.  The foundations take the form of reinforced concrete ground beams on a driven steel tubular piles.  The drainage discharges to an existing culvert below the adjacent golf course (surface) and an existing combined sewer (foul).

The project also comprised the modification of the existing carriageway to form a new junction and on site roads and car parking areas.
